Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligible Bodylume products may be returned within 30 days, with free return shipping, subject to the conditions below.

30-day return window
Contact info@bodylume.com within 30 days of delivery and include the order number and reason for return.
Return condition
Products should be unused, unworn beyond reasonable inspection, clean, undamaged and returned with original packaging and included materials. For hygiene reasons, worn or soiled support garments may be ineligible unless defective or applicable law requires otherwise.
Free return shipping
For eligible returns, Bodylume provides or reimburses standard return shipping according to the instructions supplied by support. Unauthorized premium or express return costs may not be reimbursed.
Refund timing
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing time is controlled by the payment provider.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with photographs. Where confirmed, we will provide replacement, refund or another remedy and cover reasonable return costs.
Non-returnable situations
Returns may be refused for misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized alteration, missing items, excessive wear or requests outside the return period, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
Customs charges
Original customs duties and import charges are generally collected by local authorities and may not be refundable by Bodylume.
